Adobe Acrabat 9 pro - text editor not enabled

Hi The attached pdf doc was created by myself without any password protection. When I opened the pdf with adobe acrobat 9 pro, the text editor as highlighted was diabled. appreciate if anyone can advise how i can enable the feature. Thank you.
