Adobe Acrobat 64MAPIBroker has stopped working...

We have a single Windows 7 PC in our enviroment running Office 2013 and Adobe Reader DC that is suddenly unable to send a PDF as an attachment from within the Adobe Reader DC application.  When the user clicks on the "envelope" in the Toolbar then clicks on Send as Attachment and Default Email application (Microsoft Outlook) from the side panel and clicks Continue, an error is thrown stating Adobe Acrobat 64MAPIBroker has stopped working.  We have the option to Check online for solutions, Close the Program, or Debug the Program but after choosing an action there, we are returned to the Adobe Reader Program and are unable to send the PDF as an attachment.  Every other machine in our environment is the same as this machine (Win7, Office 2013, Adobe Reader DC, all fully updated), but this is the only PC with this issue.  I have tried to uninstall and reinstall both Adobe Reader DC and Office 2013 individually but to no avail.  What is the issue with this PC?  Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

    Hello Kurtr,

We're sorry for the trouble you had with Adobe Reader while sending a PDF as an email attachment. Please reboot the machine and check for any pending updates of Adobe Reader from the help menu>select check for updates.

Reboot the machine again. Then repair the Office 2013 once.

Also, check for any pending updates of the Windows 7 PC (Mandatory + optional) in Control Panel, install them and reboot the machine and try sending the PDF as an email attachment from the Adobe Reader application.

You may refer and try the suggestion from the help article Attach to email option is not working | Acrobat DC, Acrobat Reader DC

If the issue persists, please create a test user profile with full admin rights and check.

Let us know how it goes and share your observation.

    Thanks,

    Anand Sri.

    Anand,

Thank you for the suggestions but unfortunately I had already tried all of those things and to no avail.  The machine is completely up to date.  Adobe Reader DC is allowed to auto-update.  I have also tried to completely uninstall and reinstall both Adobe Reader DC and Office 2013 independently of one another and I am still seeing the same behavior.  Per the link you attached, I deselected the "Cached Mode" option in Outlook and re-tried Adobe but still no luck.  I have also disabled anti-virus in the past and attempted to send an email, no luck.  I also have a case open with our security software provider but I am not seeing anything in the Quarantine lists in any way.  If you might have any other ideas, I would happily entertain them.  Thank you once again for the suggestions.
