adobe acrobat additional files will need to be installed to create pdf

HI,

Every time an employee I work with tries to do anything/run adobe acrobat, they get this message adobe acrobat additional files will need to be installed to create pdf from this file, please contact your local administrator? This was working about 1-2 weeks prior to today.

Any thoughts?

Hi,

the Combine feature fails when you try to combine a .docx file. PDF and .doc files combine fine but if you have a .docx file it fails.

Windows 7, version of acrobat is 18.011.20040
