Adobe Acrobat could not submit your data.

Hello, I created a fillable form on Adobe Acrobat using my PC, after filling the form and trying to submit it, it brought up "Adobe Acrobat could not submit your data. Please see Tracker for more information". I have gone to the tracker but I cannot see anything regarding the error. Please how do I solve this issue?
