Hi guys,

For the past 2 weeks or more the Adobe reader app has been crashing for some users working on out Terminal Servers, we have the free version of Acrobat Reader.

Current Application version is 24.2.2.20854.0

We do not have any pending windows updates

Repairing the Adobe App has not Resolved this issue neither has reinstalling it

I have disabled New Acrobat Reader and reinstalling visual C++ 14.40.33810 to see if this resolves the issue

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Please update the application to the recent version 24.02.20857 from the help menu > check for updates and  reboot the computer once.

Also collect the Crash/freeze logs (https://adobe.ly/4cNilJB) and  share them via any cloud storage. Just upload the log file to the cloud and generate the link and share that link with us for further investigation.

Regards
Amal
