Adobe Acrobat DC is not installing from intune

Hello Team,

 

Need some help here,.

Device has adobe acrobat reader installed  We are trying to push Adobe Acrobat DC from Intune, but it is getting failed with error code 1603 any idea or thoughts how to make it installed

I hope you're doing great, and sorry for the trouble.

 

With the latest versions of Acrobat Reader and Adobe Acrobat DC cannot be installed on a single device at the same time.

You can uninstall Acrobat Reader with this link: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html

Then install Adobe Acrobat DC.

 

Let us know if this works.
