Adobe Acrobat DC update issues

I have uninstalled my Adobe program and hoped that it fixed the problem in receiving updates for Adobe Acrobat DC, however the problem continues to persist. Do not know what to try next? Help?

    What is the exact version of Adobe Acrobat DC that you have currently?

    Could you please open Acrobat> Go to Help> Check for update.

    Adobe - Acrobat : For Windows

    Adobe - Acrobat : For Macintosh
