ADOBE ACROBAT DC WONT LAUCH - I have tried all the tips I can find

My Adobe Acrobat DC  closes immediatley upon launch.  This seems to be a common problem ut I cant find a solution. 

 

My IT team has reinstalled the application from my computer twice. Repaired the installaton, I accepted the user agreement ... We have tried everything  a quick search prescribes as a solution and we have had no luck fixing the issue. 

Any ideas of hat might be going on ? The problem started when Adobe struggled to open an older PDF I had saved in my email. The PDF was a document type that you fill in and sign.

    This is also happening to me (but Adobe Acrobat Reader). I tried to "repair" it via control panel. And restart PC of course. And reinstall the program. And it hasn't opened a single time. I also run it as administrator.

    I will just note that the process is open in Task Manager as a Background Process if I try to launch it. But it doesn't show anywhere on the screen at any point.

    This is still an issue - I have tried everything and cannot get adobe to open - Anyone else have an issue like this?

    We have removed and replaced adobe pro - followed all the online suggestions and nothing has wokred

    Bonjour,

     

    J'ai exactement le même probléme j'avais la version adobe reader et on m'a demandé de protéger mes pdf, j'ai du prendre l'option payante et télécharger la nouvelle version adobe acrobat dc pro et depuis impossible d'ouvrir mes anciens pdf la page s'ouvre et se referme de suite.

    J'essaie de résoudr ele probléme dpeuis ce matin 10h30  et rine n'y fais si je désinstaller la derniére version et réinstalle l'ancienne je peux ouvrir mes pdf par contre si je veux le protéger ou autre je suis bloqué j'ai constament le message "télécharger la nouvelle version de plus vous avez l'option payante"..... donc j'ai 2 choix je garde l'ancienne version mais je ne peux pas faire ce que je veux, si j'instale la nouvelle version je peux ouvrir les pdf présent dans mon pc.

    EN GROS LA GALERE j'appelle pour de l'aide mais au bout de 20 minutes d'attente on me raccroche au nez.
