Adobe Acrobat license expired.

Hello,

 

I have an alert message that appears as soon as I open a PDF document telling me that my acrobat license will expire asap.
Is there a way that this error message stops appearing everytime I open a document because it is a little bit annoying..

    Hi,

     

    I tried the suggested solution too but it didn’t change anything, I had to wait for the license renewal (after 7 days..) for the message to disappear.

    Please logout of the application and try to relogin with your company ID as described in the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/enterprise-id-faq.html and see if that works.
