ADOBE ACROBAT PRO - Crashing when opening CAD drawings!!!! It has been six months!!

I am over this!!!! I have tried to have it resolved by Adobe for the past six months and it is still not fixed.

 

I can't open CAD drawings without my program crashing. The larger and more detailed the file, the faster and worse it crashes. 

 

I have tried everything on these forums to fix the problem but it keeps happening. Please let me know when this will be fixed.
