Adobe Acrobat Pro - Not working

Hi, when i open Adobe Acrobat Pro the start screen is black - And when i try to open a PDF file i can't access tools and the program is really slow.

 

I have tried to remowe the program and reinstalled two times, but nothing is working. I'm paying for PRO, and using PDF's every day, so I'm really lost right now. I tried to call support, but the employee could not find my account and left the call.

 

I have updated windows and everything else but Adobe Acrobat PRO is working.

Would you mind sharing the Acrobat and OS version numbers on the machine?
