Hi,

I have a problem with Adobe Acrobat PRO ver. 2023.003.20244 / 64 bit

When I try to print something I click on Printer icon and then i must wait about 1 minute for the print window to appear. (Doesn't matter if I click on printer icon or I click on file and print. When it appears, the print window launches normally in that file.

What I tried:

- reinstalled Adobe

- repaired program via setup

- uninstalled by AcroCleaner

Computer parameters:

ASUS UX360C

Windows 10 Home 64 bit

Intel Core m3-6Y30

8GB RAM

512GB SSD

Thanks for your help.

Ok, I found the solution. The problem was with default printer. When I change default printer for another the Print Menu appears in 5 secound. So I uninstall previous default printer and I installed again with new drivers and it works fine. I wish that I could look at this at first. But the most important thing is that it works.

Hi @Bartlomiej31473978hfda

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the delay in response.

Thank you for sharing the details and troubleshooting steps performed.

Have you started experiencing this problem after installing the latest patch? Was is working fine before?

A couple of troubleshooting steps to add-on

1- Check your printer drivers and install the pending update

2- Navigate to Acrobat> Menu>Preferences (Ctrl+K)>Security (Enhanced)>disable "Protected Mode at Start-up," "Protected View," and "Enhanced Security">OK>close and reopen Acrobat. [Windows only]

Launch Acrobat and check back.

Note: these changes are only for testing purposes. Once tested, please change it back to the previous setting.

Let us know if it works after changing these preferences.

Thanks,

Akanchha
