Adobe Acrobat Pro Will Not Print

New installation of Adobe Pro and cannot print.  I can open in a browser and print with no issues, but not from the desktop version.  IT has run a repair, with no resolution to the problem.  Have also tried a full reinstall through Creative Cloud.  Cloud says my version is up to date.

Another coworker is having the same issue.  I have reviewed many of the posts, related to similar issues, but none of the fixes work.

    @fierce_think4469 I just added this to my wife’s new PC; and I had to install the printer drivers; but since it showed in your web browser and not the desktop; I would see if you can add it again?
