Adobe Acrobat Reader -- 10:10 Error -- v2021.005.20058
Our organization of 20,000 users are currently on Adobe Acrobat Reader v2021.005.20058.
Anytime our users attempt to open IE embedded PDF files from multiple apps they get the following error message:
There is a problem with Adobe Acrobat/Reader. If it is running, please exit and try again (10:10).
We are unable to enable Protected Mode, as it interferes with functionality between other business critical apps. Repairing the installation does nothing. We are in the midst of packaging the 21.007.20091 update, but we need something to fix this issue while we wait for the packaging and QA process to finish.
