found a higher version adobe acrobat reader in the installation location.installation will terminate

    Hello Joselitob,

    As per the description above, you are not able to install the Adobe Reader as getting an error message that a higher version of Reader is already installed, Is that correct?

    Please use Acrobat cleaner tool to remove any previously installed  old version of Adobe Reader from the machine and restart the computer, download the cleaner tool from Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

    After the reboot, install the latest Reader from Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

    Let us know how it goes.
