Adobe Acrobat Reader 2020, February 2024 update fails

the February 2020 updates keeps failing to install.  The error message that comes up says "An error occured. please check for updates again later.  error: 130200".  We use the adobe acrobat reader 2020 classic install.  i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling reader, but no luck.  I also tried to download and manually install the update, but it fails and says "The upgrade path cannot be installed by the windows installer service becuase the program to be upgraded may be missing, or the upgrade patch may update a different version of the program.  verify that the program to be upgraded exists on your computer and that you have the correct upgrade patch."  

I tried downloading all of the different versions of the update, but i get the same message.
