adobe acrobat reader 23.001.20064 windows powershell fail

Everyday at least twice a day i have an update adobe acrobat reader 23.001.20064 widow appear that requires me to shut down outlook in order to install. when i close outlook and proceed with the install a notification appears to say the install is in progress, then a Windows Powershell notification appears to say it has failed. 

What do i need to do in order to stop this happening.
