Question

The issue relates to scanning.Up until recently, when a page was scanned it remained identical once the icon was opened.Not anymore.Now, when a scanned page icon is opened, the page (scanned) is surrounded by contours of irrelevant stuff.On the top (above the scanned page) a line of numerous options appear such as home, tools, email icons + and -'s etc; then on the right side of the scanned page, another menu column with a bunch of other potions.How can I get rid of thee contours so the scanned page, WHEN OPENED, is free for this interference and revert back to what the clean scanned page that once existed ?Also, why does a scan of only one page, when attached to an e-mail, does not show up as an icon but rather a full page ?Thank you for your assistance.

I don't know what you mean by "contours". What you are describing is just the normal stuff everyone has in Acrobat Reader. Versions of Acrobat Reader (except the obsolete Acrobat Reader Touch) always had menu, buttons, toolbars and stuff, they just change with each version. Just like most other apps. You CAN switch to view full screen (Ctrl+L).

Why do things look a particular way in email? Some email apps do that. There's no rule or standard, and it's nothing to do with Acrobat Reader.
