Adobe Acrobat Reader Dc

I am trying to print documents within a program and the tool bar with the print icon will come up, but it will not print.  I go to the adobe icon and put it in the reader, and try to print from there, but it will not print.  I have checked toolbars and extensions in Internet Explorer and Chome and they are both on. 

Please help!
