Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 2019.008.20071 Printing Issue

Hi,

We have this version of Reader DC installed on Windows 7 Pro SP1 and having issues with printing, cannot bring up the printer dialog box.

Ctrl + P or File menu and print or printer icon do nothing.

a) what is the recommended Reader DC version to run on Windows 7 Pro with SP1?

b) how can we get printing working with this version? (without upgrading, because we had various issues with xx.20081 version as well filling out forms etc)
