Adobe Acrobat Reader DC - can I view and comment my files from Adobe Cloud?

Hi!,

so I have Adobe app on my phone. I uploaded a pdd to adobe cloud and made some comments in the document.

This file and those comments can be viewed and edited in my mobile app and thru the portal documentcloud.adobe.com.

However I can see an option do download this file to local PC/laptop with latest Adobe Acrobat Reader.

I hoped I could see my cloud files in the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, edit/add comments and keep those changes in sync with online version of the file in the cloud. I'm I missing something of such a feature is not built-in to Adobe Acrobat Reader PC for computers?
