Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Crashed upon opening - No error message! Now it won't fully open at all. Mac

Question

After updating Adobe Acrobat Reader DC on my MacBook Pro it would open but not fully, only giving that annoying circle until it crashes. It used to allow me to give an error report but now I have to force quit it or it will just spin without end. I cannot get an error report now so I don't know how to correct. It is essentially a useless program at the moment. HELP!!!

Hi Bodhi,

We are sorry for the trouble and the delay in response. I hope you would be able to fix it by now. If the issue still persists Please try the following steps:

Remove the application using Acrobat Cleaner Tool (https://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html)
Reboot the computer
Reinstall the application using the link (https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/kb/acrobat-downloads.html)
After installing the application please update the application to the latest version 20.006.20034 Go to Help > Check for Updates.
