Adobe Acrobat Reader DC crashes all time

If you are still looking for the resolution, then you may try the following troubleshooting steps-

• Also try once to recreate the application preferences using the steps mentioned here How to reset Acrobat Preference settings to default.
• If that doesn't help, then try the further steps suggested below-

A. If application manages to stay for a while and doesn't crash immediately, then-

Navigate to Reader>Edit>Preferences>Security (Enhanced)>disable "Protected Mode at Startup" and "Enhanced Security">OK>Reboot Reader

Note: Changing the above security settings could pose security risks. We suggest you to turn it back On once you are done with testing.

• Still no luck, use cleaner tool to remove the existing application and reinstall: Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs
