Adobe Acrobat Reader DC - Does not work on Mac

Hi,

I have Adobe Acrobat reader DC installed on my macbook but it doesn't work. I am unable to open any PDF file on my macbook Air and it says that " This document enabled extended features in Adobe Acrobat Reader. The document has been changed since it was created and use of extended features is no longer available. Please contact the author for the original version of this document".

Please guide me how to fix this situation. I tried to uninstall the Adobe Reader DC but it doesn't even let me uninstall. I tried pushing it in trash and it won't get uninstalled. Is there a way to uninstall it and then re-install? I just want to be able to read my PDFs. Thanks!

    Hi Afshar,

Sorry for the delay in response.

Are you still experiencing this issue? If yes, would it be possible if you can share one of the pdf files with us? I have sent you a private message for the same, please check the inbox.
