Adobe Acrobat Reader DC froze and quit after fill & sign

I can open the same pdf files just fine on another slower computer with the same version of Adobe Acrobat DC. Why is this?

I got this error message when it forces quit on me. PLEASE HELP!  THANKS!

 

 

Already created the dump log files but how do I share that with you? The private message link didn't work. It said no authorization.
