Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.... HELP!!!!!!

Question

I am trying to open this link below. I have adobe reader set as my default, I have downloaded and updated the latest version and restarted my computer but still when I click on the link below it gets stuck on a page saying "please wait..." it is an online form that I need to complete and then upload back to this website but it does not go further than the please wait. Any help much appreciated as I have a deadline for this form completion and need to get it done ASAP!!

Right-click on the link, choose to save the pdf, open Reader then use File>Open to open the pdf. It is no doubt a form of some type and you are using a web browser that doesn't use the adobe reader plug-in.
