Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Installation fails "Setup has detected that you already ..."

The Installation of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC fails with Error "Setup has detected that you already have a more functional product installed". 

As solved in many cases i tried the Adobe CleanUp from below page and execute it.

The Cleanup successfully got executed and the Machine got rebooted. Now i tried to Install the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC but still Issue Occur.

Note : No product related to Adobe installed in machine.

Please help to fix this case.;
