Adobe Acrobat Reader DC is completely frozen

Hi.

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC is not responding to anything. (I have a MacBook Air)

And I can't close my computer, because the program won't shut down.

and I can´t search after updates either.

please help

    Hey Annaj,

    We apologize for the delay in response to your issue reported. Hoping that your Reader have started working fine by now.

    If you are still struggling with the same issue, you may try the following steps-

    1- In such case where application is completely frozen, try opening Activity monitor (Mac), Task Manager(Win) and close the Acrobat Reader processes running in the background or you have to force reboot the system.

    and I can´t search after updates either.

    2-  You can install the update directly through the release notes here: DC Release Notes — Release Notes for Acrobat DC Products

    3- If nothing works and application isn't letting you to access anything else, then use cleaner tool to remove application: Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs  and reinstall it.

    Após várias tentativas o pograma não funciona o pograma que tinha antes funcionava bem agora não deixa tirar scan em PDF como antes, agradeço uma muito rápida solução ou a devulução do meu dinheiro, obrigado Manuel Carmo
