Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Issues

I took your update download a few days a go. Now I can not open any of my PDF to work with them. They keep freezing. I also having problems download PDF's and now today I am having issue with download Word files too.

There is a big bug! I need help ASAP. I cannot work like this! Please Help!!!

Thanks for sharing the updates.

As things seems to be working fine except the performance as you have mentioned about its freezing. We suggest you to try installing the latest patch- Release Notes | Adobe Acrobat, Reader  and see if that makes a difference.

I finally got things to work, but they freezes up before they work. Down loading anything file right now not working well too.

I am getting this open and now I am getting Adobe and Chrome pop up that is freezing everything again.

I just cleaned and re-download the program. I am just about to see if that fix things.

Now I did the clean out and trying to put the program back in, but it is freezing the down load.

Hi Mel,

I believe you are referring to the latest patch released- Release Notes | Adobe Acrobat, Reader ? Could you please help us with the more information like whether this is happening with all the files that you open or any specific one?

Would that be possible for you to share any sample pdf with us so that we can test the same at our end?

In a mean while you may try uninstalling the current application using the cleaner tool- Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs
