Hello, my adobe acrobat reader dc keeps crashing everytime I try to save (control + s), after, for example, adding a sticky note to my document. I save my document in the cloud. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    Hi qrscomplexclassone,

Could you please confirm the version of Reader installed on the machine.

Launch Reader>click Help>About Adobe Acrobat Reader DC

Operating System running on the machine-Windows/Mac?

Have you tried using Save As function- File>Save As (Shift+Ctrl+S) does that work?

    Hi,

    - version 2015.023.20070

    - windows

    - I didn't try "save-as" since I save my document to cloud after every

edit; I just press control + s and it saves my doc to adobe document

clooud. Do you want me to save it in my desktop instead (via save-as

    function)?

    Thanks

    Hi qrscomplexclassone,

I am sorry for the delayed response.

Could you please try repairing Reader installation and see if that works?

    Under Help menu>click Repair Installation.

Restart the computer after repair, then try saving pdf to the desktop in Reader and see if it is still crashing.

Let me know how it goes.

    Thank You,

    Shivam
