Adobe Acrobat Reader DC locks PDF filling fields after the insertion of signature

I am using the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC on my macbook pro.

I usually receive interactive/dynamic forms that have some fields that need to be completed. I fill in just by selecting the field with my cursor and then typing. Cool.

The problem is that when I go to "Fill & Sing" and then I add my signature ("Sign yourself"), the documents after saving cannot be modified any more. This means that the dynamic/interactive properties are gone and I cannot modify/edit/fill in more/other fields.

How can I avoid this?
