Question

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC locks up (spinning beach ball) when trying to use Adobe Acrobat Reader DC to Send ... a file through email.

Hi,

II have a user whose Adobe Acrobat Reader DC has been constantly locking up.

This is the only adobe program installed, I have upgraded to the latest, no help.

When the user has a PDF open in Acrobat DC, it is fine, when he tries to email it by clicking on the email icon, then Send ...

The dialog comes up saying it will open the default mail program Outlook.  Click ok, and it says it cannot create the message.

Has anyone had this issue and successfully solved it?

Re-installed it many times, would like to try an older version , but cannot find anything except the latest.

Any help is appreciated!!

Thanks!

Tracy V
