Hello,

I'm reaching out for help in regards to a website I must access for work related projects. This issue is a problem for multiple people in my office.

Here is the website:https://lo.usgbc.org/index/systemRequirements

The page I have linked above, will check your web browser compatibility to view the site. A person must use internet explorer to log in....

However I get to the last step and see the following error:

Adobe Reader18.9LEED Online is not compatible with the latest Adobe Acrobat Reader DC version, please uninstall and install the Adobe Reader XI. Please click the link to install the Adobe Reader XI

I'm reaching out to this forum in hope that someone can provide links to previous downloads of Acrobat Reader DC. Google is taking me to the latest and great version, which is useless. I've found other websites with "downloads" but do not trust the sources. PLEASE HELP!

Feel free to reach out to me [Personal info removed by Mod]

thanks

It's going to take some hunting around but installers should still be available on the FTP site. Keep in mind that these older versions are not supported so you are using at your own risk.

ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/reader/win/

Frankly, it's very rare to run into a site that doesn't support newer versions of Reader. Most of the time, it's the pdf viewer in your browser that makes things not work properly. Many of them don't use Reader at all (even if you have an older version). To get around that, right-click the link to the pdf, choose to save it to your computer, then open it from within Reader.

I'd like to revert back to the version of Adobe before Adobe Acrobat and Reader - March 2023 updates.  I don't undestand how to work this new verision.  I cannot save my files and put them where I want them.  There is no "save as" only save.  I am not a happy consumer.

As per the description above, you want to install the previous version of Adobe Reader DC, Is that correct?

Please use the following URL to download and install the Adobe Reader previous version Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution  Link: https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/

If you need to download and install the previous version/build of Adobe Reader DC, you can use the following link DC Release Notes — Release Notes for Acrobat DC Products
