Adobe Acrobat Reader DC not opening

Hello,

I have begun having issues with the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC not opening on my pc. I can not open any new or previous PDF's. When the issue first started happening I checked under my task manager and saw it was listed  Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (32bit) under the background processes. I ended the task and tried again opening it again, still did not happen. I then removed it and reinstalled it from the website. I then could get into my pdf's and thought I was in the clear but then a day later I run into the same issue again. I can not open any of my PDF's or the main icon. I have tried making sure I am running it as the administrator as well as making sure there was no permission issues. It is a windows 10 64 bit running the adobe version of 19.8.20071.303822.  Any help would be appreciated.
