Adobe Acrobat Reader DC or Acrobat Reader DC?
The product name is Adobe Acrobat Reader DC whereas Desktop and StartMenu shortcut names are different.

Both are right. Menu and desktop names are kept short for convenience. Full product names often have company name prefixed for sorting and clarity. You can decide.
