adobe acrobat reader dc problem

i get this message when i click on the icon on my desktop...what does it mean and how do i fix so i can use the reader

in a rectagular box (left side) with a white x on a red background in a circle  here is the message:

Windows cannot find C:\Users\Jim\Downloads\Mail - Jim Vincenti - Outlook.pdf. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again.

Never had this problem before...but here it is

Any help, suggestions would be very much appreciated...
