Adobe Acrobat Reader DC stops responding

我的电脑系统是Windows 10简体中文版。每次打开Adobe Acrobat Reader DC，2～3秒后就会弹出“Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 已停止工作”的提示框，软件是最新版本，但还是不能使用。请问怎么解决？

Sorry for the delay in response.

Please try to use cleaner tool Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs and restart your system.

Then try to re-install the application.

Check if this helps.
