Adobe Acrobat Reader DC - Text Properties Not Showing

  • November 1, 2019

When I insert a text box and try to use the text properties, it does not always function correctly.

For an example, I click on "comment" --> "Add Text Box" --> *created text box* --> "Text properties" is shown. I choose a font size and then the menu disappears.

Next I add another text box, same steps above and the Text Properties does not show anything. The Text Properties icon (Aa) is still highlighted blue but I click it multiple times and nothing pops up. I have to close the "comment" button and open it again to have 1 more attempt at using the Text properties before it disappears again (symbol on right hand side showing a comment button).

Any way to fix this bug?
