Hey there,

Sorry to see the trouble caused. I believe you are still experiencing the same issue with the latest update as well? Would you mind sharing the Adobe Reader DC's exact version you are running after installing the update? Open Reader DC>Help>About Reader DC.

The missing dll api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is installed with a Windows update. To resolve this issue, download and install the Update for Universal C Runtime in Windows from Microsoft.

Here is a help article with the detailed information about the same: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/kb/error_on_launch.html

Additional Info: Acrobat and Reader official update (20.009.20063) is now available. This update will be automatically pushed to all existing installations of Acrobat and Reader. If you want, you may also manually trigger the update early by opening the application and going to Help > Check for Updates>reboot Acrobat.

Let us know if it still doesn't work.

Thanks,

Akanchha

Hi, my error is api-ms-win-crt-conio-l1-1-0.dll .

Not dll api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll.

I unable to install the c runtime that you mentioned.

Please help me to check further.

I cant even open the adobe and cant check the version. But I've installed the latest version from the website.
