Adobe Acrobat Reader DC - www.docu-track.com

I had a file saved in Microsoft Word that I printed into pdf. I have this file open in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. I am able to use all the tools available; however, there are black circles with the horizontal line with a yellow border, like a 'no smoking' logo that says within it "PDF-XChange - Click to buy NOW! - www.docu-track.com". Even though I can utilize all the tools, this logo/stamp will NOT come off, and presents itself on this pdf no matter how this file is trying to get sent. How do I get this removed? Do I have to order docu-track in order to have access to Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and its TOOLS? Since they are not affiliated, this seems sketchy to me.

Hi Courtneyk,

As Bernd Alheit mentioned above, it seems pdf file was created using a third party app. Would it be possible if you can share the link for the pdf file with us? You may create a link for the pdf using Adobe's send & track here: https://cloud.acrobat.com/send

(1) Click Add files > choose files from my computer

(3) Select the file > create link. You can copy paste the link here in the forums or share it via private message by left-clicking on the person's user name and click Message.

Thanks,

Shivam

You have created the PDF with the trial version of PDF-XChange. Buy the product and you can create files without this watermark.

I have a current Adobe PDF Pack subscription. Wouldn't this provide me with the ability to sign and send?

With this subscription you can create PDF files.
