Adobe Acrobat Reader Distribution License Agreement: No valid phone number

Hello,

I am the second tech admin in a small architecture business in Germany with around 25 employees. As I want to distribute Adobe Reader on all of the PCs our internal network (around 30), I will need a Distribution License Agreement from Adobe. I found this site to apply for an agreement:

Unfortunately, this form seems to be the same internationally, but does not seem to accept German phone numbers. It always shows the error "This should be a valid phone number" when I am trying to submit the form. I've tried many different ways to enter the number, but none works. Does someone know a solution to this?
