Adobe Acrobat Reader Issue with Citrix Xenapp 1912 LTSR

Hello,

I am facing issue with Adobe Acrobat Reader while viewing the Douments via Citrix Xenapp, it does not open the document intermitently, also same time we see multiple Acobat Reader Process in the Task Manager.

If anyone encounter this problem and is therer any solution for this issue.
