Adobe acrobat reader printing problem

Hello,
I have a problem with adobe acrobat reader. I have a pdf with a "Description" field, which can contain multiple lines of text. However, when the text is too long, a scroll bar is displayed on the right, which is not a problem. But when printing any characters below what is visible on the screen are not printed. Could you help me on this point please?
