Adobe Acrobat Reader Pro DC doesn't have add check and other functions in Fill&Sign

So in the Fill&Sign the only option we have is the sign option. There is no check, x, text or anything else. We have tried uninstalling reinstalling using the cleaner tool to get rid of the files. nothing seems to give us this full function back. Could we get some assistance on how to fix this?

    Can you see this on all PDF files?

      Yes, we tried several PDF File's and none of them would bring those options to us. The Adobe DC on my computer has it and works fine, which here is what throws me off... I removed their Adobe and downloaded the 'exact' same one I had... and still those options remain hidden. Previously though they had access to those just recently they disappeared on them.

      Just to specifically show the bar in question. This is from mine which is working. On hers the only thing we see is 'Sign' nothing else.
