Adobe acrobat reader stopped working

Question

Hello, How can i fix this problem?My situation:I have 3 pc's that use Adobe Acrobat reader, if i open PDF file in outlook i get an issue that says "Adobe Acrobat Reader has stopped working". I Tried:- updating adobe and office-reinstalling adobe and office- turned off security options in adobe- updated the pc- turned on compatibility options in file location

I'm sorry for not getting back to you sooner. I hope this issue is already resolved. If not, please follow the following suggestions and let us know if that helps:

Close MS Office apps
Uninstall Acrobat Reader using the cleaner tool: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html
Restart the machine once.
Re-install Acrobat Reader on the machine and launch Reader once. Wait for a minute or a few.
Looking at the error message, it seems Reader is crashing on the machine.
