Adobe Acrobat Reader stops working

I open a file and when I close the program it stops working, we have already updated and checked all the updates for both Adobe and Windows, we have repaired the installation of Adobe Acrobat, we have uninstalled it and reinstalled it and I still have the same problem. I'm using Windows Server 2016 Standard
