adobe acrobat reader unable to display japanese font

Hi all the experts

I am using Adobe Acrobat Reader (32-bit) version 23.8.20470.0 after updated with both Extended Asian Language font pack for Adobe Acrobat Reader and Spelling Dictionaries Support For Adobe Acrobat Reader installed, running on Windows 10 64bit english version with japanese IME enable, and tested on many computers, but the Japanese Font on all the Adobe documents are unable to display. Any one have any idea?
