Adobe Acrobat Reader, version 11.0.19.

I am trying to install Adobe Acrobat Reader, version 11.0.19.

I get the following message.  I do not know how to fix this problem.

"The upgrade patch cannot be installed by the windows Installer service because the program to be upgrade may be missing, or the upgrade patch may update a different version of the program.  Verfiy that the program to be upgraded exists on your computer and that you have the correct upgrade patch."

    Hello. The most recent installer for Adobe Reader XI is 11.0.10. First install that, then you could apply the 11.0.19 upgrade patch. But first make sure that any previous Adobe Reader product has been completely uninstalled. If you are running Windows, use the right version of AcroCleaner from Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs .

    On the other hand, if Adobe Reader XI is already installed on the computer, then you may simply have selected the MUI version of the 11.0.19 patch instead of the one for all languages. If you need further assistance, please let us know what operating system you are running.
