Adobe Acrobat Will Not Open PDF

I'm attempting to open a PDF in TalentReef, but I get this error message.
I have already downloaded Adobe Acrobat Reader, downloaded the Adobe Acrobat google extension, and also set my pdfs in google settings to "download PDFs". Any suggestions on what to do?

(Also, typing about:plugins does not work.)

"We apologize, but the PDF Form you requested cannot be loaded into your browser.

We detected that you are using Chrome (version 94) under Windows.
This browser does not support the advanced features needed to run our PDF Form(s).

To be able to see our PDF Form(s) you'll have to download and install the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
You can get it following this link: http://get.adobe.com/reader/

To activate the Adobe Acrobat Plug-in you'll have to type "about:plugins" in the address bar (without the quotes), and hit enter.
After that you'll see a list of all Plug-ins installed in your browser.
You'll have to disable the "Chrome PDF Viewer" and ensure that the "Adobe Acrobat" Plug-in is Enabled."

Hi @Tracie98A6

Hope you are doing well.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Could you please confirm if you are still facing the issue?
Would you mind sharing the version of the Acrobat Reader DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the latest version 21.07.20095 (Win) , 21.07.20096 (Mac) installed. Go to Help > Check for updates.

Also try to logout of the application, reboot the computer once and relogin with the same Adobe ID and see if that works for you.

We will be waiting for your response. Once we've got that information from you, we can take a closer look.

Regards
Ria
