Having consulted the Wikipedia reference given, N/A can mean either "not applicable" or "no answer available"! So it is not a very helpful response.

The question here is simple: does the "end of service" announcement apply to Acrobat XI Pro (a paid-for product) in addition to Acrobat Reader (a previously free one) ?

It means there was no extended support period for this product in the first place, so it's N/A = Not Applicable.

PS. Reader is still free.
